Welcome to Brick + Bloom Design Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of brickandbloomdesign.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by Brick + Bloom Design Co. ("Brick + Bloom," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy our designs or content without permission.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you. Our products are made to order by trusted print and fulfillment partners.
We do our best to show products accurately. Because each item is printed to order, colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to screen settings, lighting and the printing process. Small variations in print placement and sizing are normal and are not considered defects. Mockups and product photos are for illustration.
When you submit text, photos, logos, artwork or other content for a custom order ("Your Content"):
Custom branded and larger orders may have separate quotes, minimums or timelines that we agree with you in writing. Those details apply along with these Terms.
Prices are listed in US dollars unless you choose another currency on the Site. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. Cancellations, returns, reprints and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Production and delivery are covered in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier.
All designs, graphics, text, photos and other content on the Site are owned by Brick + Bloom or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or reproduce our designs without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to the design itself.
If you submit a review, comment or suggestion, you allow us to display and use it in connection with our store and marketing. Please keep reviews honest and respectful.
The Site may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Except as stated in our policies, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brick + Bloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover Brick + Bloom, our partners and service providers for any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or from Your Content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
